Shree Nagpal Chaap (SNC) is a popular vegetarian restaurant chain in Jaipur, often regarded as a top destination for, and specialist in, North Indian style Soya Chaap since 1986. A compact restaurant project designed and executed with a strong focus on material honesty, climatic responsiveness, and cost‑effective construction. The design explores a semi‑open dining experience using locally available materials, handcrafted elements, and simple structural systems, translating site constraints into character‑rich spaces.
